Bennie's Red Barn

As its name implies, this popular restaurant has the look and feel of an old barnhouse, and it has been a cozy Southern spot for travelers to St. Simons for more than half a century, making it the oldest eatery on the island. The down-home ambience, pitch-perfect service and delectable menu make for a mouth-watering meander to this beach resort.
